Privacy policy.

This privacy policy explains how Cravely (operating as a TikTok Creator Network Partner, with offices in Los Angeles, California) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit gocravely.com or apply to our network. We try to write this in plain language. If something here is unclear, email privacy@gocravely.com and we will fix it.

What we collect

Information you give us

• Your TikTok handle and any information visible on your public TikTok profile (display name, follower count, content niche, public bio).
• The email address publicly listed on your TikTok profile, if you have one. This is the only way we contact creators in cold outreach.
• Information you submit when you apply via TikTok's TCN Scout flow, which is governed by TikTok's own policies.
• Replies and messages you send us directly.

Information collected automatically

• Standard server logs (IP address, browser, referrer, timestamps) when you visit gocravely.com.
• Email engagement events (delivered, opened, clicked, bounced) from our email service provider, used to gauge whether we should follow up.

What we do not collect

• We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking on gocravely.com.
• We do not buy contact lists or use email-finder services to guess at addresses.
• We do not collect children's information. Cravely is for creators 18 and over.

How we use it

• To reach out to creators about joining the Cravely network.
• To review applications submitted through TikTok's TCN scout flow.
• To support creators once they are in the network — coaching, performance review, ban support.
• To improve how we identify and reach the right creators.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Who we share it with

• TikTok. Once you accept a Cravely network invite, your relationship with TikTok is governed by the TikTok Creator Network agreement. We share standard reporting with TikTok as required.
• Service providers. Email delivery (Resend), hosting (Netlify), application data (Notion). Each is bound by their own privacy obligations and processes data only on our instructions.
• Nobody else. We do not sell creator data. We do not share with advertisers.

Your rights

• Unsubscribe. Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe link in the header. You can also reply with the word "unsubscribe" and we will remove you immediately.
• Access & deletion. Email privacy@gocravely.com and we will provide a copy of any data we hold about you, or delete it, within 30 days.
• California / GDPR rights. If you are a California or EU resident, you have additional rights including the right to opt out of any "sale" of personal information (we do not sell, but you can confirm in writing) and the right to data portability.

Data retention

We keep prospect data for as long as is reasonably necessary to communicate with you about joining the network. If you ask us to remove you, or if you have not engaged in 18 months, we delete your record. Network creator data is kept for the duration of your participation plus 12 months, then deleted unless retention is required by law.

Security

We store data on encrypted infrastructure with access limited to a small number of authorized people. We do not store payment information — TikTok handles all creator earnings directly with you.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "last updated" date and notify active creators by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
