Legal

Terms of use.

Last updated: April 29, 2026

By using gocravely.com or applying to the Cravely creator network, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What Cravely is

Cravely is a TikTok Creator Network Partner operating in the United States and Canada. We help creators grow on TikTok LIVE under TikTok's Creator Network Partner Programme. TikTok pays us based on the collective performance of creators in our network. We do not take a cut of creator earnings.

The application process

You apply through TikTok's TCN Scout flow, which is governed by TikTok's own terms. If we send you a network invite and you accept it in your TikTok app, you become a Cravely network creator and the TikTok Creator Network agreement applies. You can leave the network at any time through your TikTok app.

Acceptable use

Intellectual property

You own your content. Always. We do not license, repurpose, or claim ownership over anything you create.

We own the Cravely name, logo, brand assets, training materials, and the gocravely.com site. Don't copy them. If you want to refer to Cravely (e.g., "I'm a Cravely creator"), that's fine — just don't pretend to be us or imply Cravely endorses something we haven't endorsed.

What we don't promise

We are an agency partner, not a guarantee of results. We coach, support, and provide tools — what you do with them is up to you. We make no promise that joining Cravely will result in any specific level of follower growth, viewer count, or earnings.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cravely is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or participation in the network. Our total liability is limited to the amount we have paid you in the 12 months prior to a claim — which, since we don't pay creators directly (TikTok does), will typically be zero.

Termination

We can decline an application or remove a creator from the network at any time, particularly if there is a violation of TikTok's Community Guidelines, misrepresentation, or behavior that harms other creators. You can leave the network at any time through your TikTok app — there is no contract lock-in.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Los Angeles County, California.

Changes

If we materially change these terms, we will update the "last updated" date and notify active creators at least 14 days in advance.
